Hi All,
Yesterday I removed the water feed tube from the bottom of the toilet to stick a new piece of moulding back there. When I re attached the tube to the bottom of the toilet it started leaking. My fault for not inspecting closer but now when ever I try to re attched the darn thing it looks slanted and water leaks from the top and bottom of that nut at the top of the tube.

You have cross threaded the connection. Easy to do with plastic threads, Try to start the threads correctly. If you can't then you may have to replace both the ballcock and the supply. Good luck. Tom

the ball cock and supply is the platic threaded portion sticking out the bottom of the toilet right? Correct. Line the threads up and make sure the supply nut threads on straight. Good luck, Tom

Excellent it worked, no more leaks but about 3 times since I've installed I get a rattling sound from behind the wall would that be a pipe?

Try closing and then opening the angle stop and see if that doesn't help. Glad you got connected with no leaks, Tom
