I have a really weird relationship with my dad too :P Just try not to get him mad too much, just be neutral.. Stand your ground when needed but don't try to pick a fight all the time, getting him all grumpy won't do it ><

But now I am doing anything he wants me to do and that's what made him start loving me and and staying at my side in an argument with my mother , I started trying not to ask for a lot and I started to stay on his side with an argument with anyone and when you something wrong don't prove the opp. But admit it which makes him think that he won. And then he would get easy with you and RESPECT you...

I also have this type of relationship with my father.
I just do what he asks me to do,and I don't tall to him much. Yes, I love him but its kind of useless to talk to him. He is always in his own world, and don't want to listen If anyone is in a problem.
Jus try ignoring his annoying habits, do watever u want to do. Do what he asks u to do for him.
