Yo can I get to be the gardian of my 3 younger siblings whoes ages r 17 14 and 10 and the mother of them is very abussive and very not caring I no I used to live with them I'm 18 and live on my own with my own house and car and I have a stable job and I'm not married I'm dating someone but she wants to get custody of them 2 and she wants to take care of them with me how could we get custody of them and not allow the mother not to have anything to do with them

I suspect it's going to be difficult to get custody of your siblings from your mother. You will have to prove a mighty strong case for parental abuse. Is this person you are dating sharing your house with you? If so, perhaps a judge might look upon your case with a bit more sympathy were you a bit older and, married, instead of merely cohabiting.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

This could be why you didn't receive an answer yet.

You will need to get an attorney, especially if there will be a custody fight.If you have a job and a home, there is a chance you can get custody. Your chances will be imptroved if you are married.
