My one year foxy has suddenly changed from a playful pup to a crazy dog his moving his head around and eyes and whinging when we call him he won't cone if we pick him up he pees ;(

My one year foxy has suddenly changed from a playful pup to a crazy dog his moving his head around and eyes and whinging when we call him he won't cone if we pick him up he pees ;(
