I have a 12 yr old poodle. Last night she sqealed out in pain during the night. This morning she did the same thing and movement was minimal. She's usually very active but not today. She has an arched back and moving slowly. She's been laying around all day. A coworker suggested baby asprin and that she may have arthiritis. Also someone suggested glucosamine. Please offer some advice!!

She's in pain and she's been part of your life for 12 year. Take her to a Vet. I assume you are her "concerned Mommy." Again - take her to a Vet. She's arching and crying out because she hurts.
Aspirin is recommended when all else fails.
Glucosamine is not an overnight "cure." In fact, I don't believe it's a cure at all. It's a preventative.
She "may" have arthritis. She "may" have a long list of problems.
She needs to see a Vet -
