Can anyone suggest a case that has a breach of contract that resulted in a land lien. And after going to court was successful in receiving monies for the lien. The money is current held in trust by the defendant's lawyer.
Thank you

Why do you need a case? If there is a successful suit the plaintiff is awarded a judgment. With a judgement a lien can be placed on the defendant's assets. But a lien is only an encumbrance on the asset preventing its transfer until the lien is satisfied. It doesn't usually mean forcing the sale.

Where is this at, Canada laws different than Texas, which is different than California.
What type of contract, commercial or individual, was it for goods, or services, was it over property ?
Next you said "his attorney" what about your attorney sounds like there is none, going into contract case law suit against an attorney without one, they hold all the cards, you need an attorney
