I have a 18 yr old that is very disrespectful and I want her to be removed from my home she was arrested for hitting a police officer and disorderly conduct. I asked her a month ago to leave and changed my mine cause she has a 1yr old child. I receive section 8 I spoke with a rep and the told me that I needed to have her removed from my lease threw them giving them they date that I want her to be removed from the lease. After which I need to write or type her a letter of eviction and give it to her. I have been doing research all day and still feels like I am being giving the run around and I just want her removed before we both be in jail and I have 3 other kids that is younger than her... I leave in the state of GA what do I need to do

Is she simply named as a resident on the lease or is she a signer?

She is at lease a resident in your home, she may be a co-signer on your lease. So you have to follow the process for eviction dictated by local law.

Then she can be evicted following the law in your state. http://www.dca.ga.gov/housing/housingdevelopment/programs/downloads/Georgia_Landlord_Tenant_Handbook.pdf
