Hello I'm wondering if I'm still growing or not I'm 21 and I look like I'm 13 and extreamly skinny and 6'1 I don't feel like I'm fully developed either.. I wasn't at the doctors from the ages 12 to 20 for a full checkup and I didn't get a physical.. So I'm not sure what to do here...

At 21 you are not still going through puberty. You may think looking young now is a curse, but wait until you are 60 and look 40.
