I have had a pain that accurs at random times in my lower back right area, recently its began hurting both left and right, making my whole lower back ache. I have had many blood and urine test. My doctor has told me to try drinking more water. But I don't liie soda, all I drink is water and I drink a lot of it, I know its not dehydration. My doctor has run many test and not been able to give me anything to help the pain, because I don't think she knows the probloem. It almost feels like a muscle pulling, especially when I bend down, sometimes too much to bare. Just recently it began happenning more often and in a bigger area, I've had x rays, blood test, and urine test. I have no idea what the next step would be. Any answers... suggestions... opinions on what it could be? I'm only 18 years old, female, 5'9" and weigh 147. Any help is appreciated
