I have recently noticed in the Past week or so that there is a few maybe 5 to10 small spot like things surrounding by bum crack and anus, there look to be bleeding And the area surrounding looks like sweat it appears verrrrryyyy painful when cleaning after toilet and very stingy.. I have been applying sudocrem to ease the stinging. Can u tell me what this is, what caused it and most importantly how to get it to go away thanks :)
