The 2 indictments were facilitation of resale of cocaine, & delivery of a schedule 2 controlled substance. Please tell me what most likely will happen.

I am on 3.5 years state probation & I violated for the first time with a domestic assault. I ended up catching a theft charge & 2 sealed indictments. Felonys. They are being added to amended violation. What will happen . I have vop again with no bond and I want to know will they put me back on my original bond or hold me?

My court date is the 31st of this month set for trial. I know they would hold me till then, I was asking what would happen at trial.

I was asking what would happen at trial.Hello again, l:

In terms of your probation, NOTHING will happen at trial.. If you're convicted of the new charges, you do the time on THOSE charges. When you're finished, there'll be a probation HOLD on you, and you'll be picked up to face a violation hearing.

I'm confused. If its set for trial won't they sentence me then? I've got no bond until I see the judge which is on the 31st

And if I'm sentenced isn't it possible I could get more paper?

Hello again, leslie:

Your trial is on the NEW charges.. You'll be sentenced THEN, and you'll DO that sentence FIRST... After you've completed it, you'll have a probation violation hearing on the ORIGINAL violation..

Trial is set for all the charges. They've put them all together in an amended violation
