I have Been wanting to tell her for a long time but I don't want her to be mad at me and I don't want help but I need it:( what should I do

Write her a heartfelt letter expressing your struggles, your love her, your desire for help, and your concern that she will be angry or somehow think less of you. Print out some information from the website of a local anorexia clinic and include it in the letter. Leave the letter on the kitchen table of wherever she will find it and leave the house for awhile. Give her time to read it and think. Express your love for her and express your desire to get help and get your life back on track. You can do it. My best friend was anorexic for years and she is now the happy well-adjusted mother of two beautiful girls. There is a beautiful life waiting for you on the other side of this ugly illness.
