My ex husband will not ;let me see my 2 children nor will he or his family give me any contact info,in our divorce decree it states that we have joint custody but he has physical custody. I do not have the means to get attorney they live 8 hours away from me. I'm trying to get up the money to get attorney but I really feel that this is not only hurting me but also our son and daughter.
