If you are an honor roll student, it certainly isn't reflected in the way you write.
Usually by this time in academic life, students don't skip grades. And school teachers would have noticed this by now if you were qualified to skip a grade.
Now, what is the REAL reason you want to skip a grade?

You already know everything that will be taught in 8th grade?
Have you taken a timed standardized test at home so you KNOW you know everything?

Your local public library should have one or can get one for you. If they say they can't, let me know. I'm a retired librarian and can get one for you.

It is not just the grades, it is ability to do the work of that grade you are going to skip, In some school districts there is no way, others will have a procedure, your parents will have to do this, not you. What do they think ? But they talk to the school, find the procedure, most likely if in the US, take the end of the year test you want to skip, Schools use tests such as CRCT, or CAT or others, My own son skipped the 7th grade this year, he took his end of the year 6th grade test and aced it, he was given the 7th grade test and made in the 80 percentage, higher than many in the 8th grade all year.
So we arranged summer school all this summer to get him up to speed with the few areas he needed work for.
So you have to know the math and science and history or government taught in the 8th grade to skip it.

Are you in CA? We take the STAR test here. If you are, I can give you a very detailed answer to your question.

Ok, well to start, you should have taken the STAR test at the end of this past school year. You probably don't have your test results yet, do you?

no but I always get advance
Your STAR scores need to be advanced. You also took a writing test this year, and you would need a very high score on that too. Even if that was all correct and you did extraordinarily well, you will need to take the final exams for all of your 8th grade classes before they would consider advancing you. It doesn't happen often. Why do you want to be in 9th grade now? How well do you think you will do?
