Without knowing your complete medical history, that would be a question for your OB. However, with the info that you provided, I would say that you would be a very high risk patient. Age alone would place you in the high risk category.

I do have to ask, why do you want another child? Your health isn't ideal, you would be high risk, and you already have 3 children. Why not just enjoy what you have?
