We have a 2-3 year old Visla that we rescued over a year ago. He has always had some problems going inside, but have been fewer Nd far between. He was a very nervous, frightened animal when we first got him, skin and bones, and seemed as if he may have been abused. We are a large family with several children and he has always been a very mild, sweet, LOVING dog. He is loved by all and has adapted to our home very well. He wags his tail constantly, follows me everywhere and is rarely home alone. He has suddenly started peeing and pooping inside. This past week has been horrible. I did have a week long visit from my sister and her daughter, with a birthday party at my house as well during that time. We DO have a new kitten, but he gets along very well with him and is playful and protective of him. After my sister left, he marked the room she was staying in. I have taken him out way more than usual, and he refuses to go outside. Today, I have really reached my breaking point. He held it all day, then went to what would look like, a BUCKET of urine on my sons bedroom floor. Immediately after being taken outside. Then tonight after being taken out, he came in and pooped all over the dining room. I am finding spots everywhere!! I don't know what to do! Taking him to the vet tomorrow, to rule out anything medical, but he seems fine. What can I do to make it STOP??
