I am taking Macrobid for a UTI and I only took one pill about three hours ago and now I am having lower back pain, is this normal?

If you have only taken one dose, it really hasn't started to work yet. UTI's often have lower back pain as a symptom. You can look up drug reactions on the leaflet that came with your meds, or with an Internet search.
