I am really scared.I also have a concerned cause today morning I went running, it was 102 degrees and I didn't eat nothing for breakfast except water. I threw up right after I came out of the shower. When I get my period, it is like clockwork.
BUT there has been a few times where my period was late.
Normally stress will make your period late. Exercise too can slow your menstruation down. Being late, is completely normal.
Mind you, it is a sign of pregnancy. If you do not get it, or get light spotting.
I would buy a pregnancy test just to play it safe.
That way if your are, you can figure out your next move.
Or if you are not, you can stop stressing over it and mother nature will work its course.
