Sounds like a scam to me.

Anytime you get a request for money from a girl just dying to come visit you, it's a SCAM... It's not even a new scam either.. Google Ghana scam.

First look at the from e-mail address. Second, look at the HORRIBLE grammar. Then tell me why you think this has any chance of being legit?

This is not even done by one of the professional scammers. They at least fake official looking documents.
