My son 2yrs old said his cousin touch his butt around two am in the morning and now cps is invold apparently there nothing they can do it been like a month that this happens now my husband nephew is acussing my husband that he abused him five years ago they boy is 11 years old he has several incedents been with other kids it's a pattern we are so worry on what's going to happened my husband and I have there little boys and they are 1,2, and 3 what should we do they the boy say if he font know if it's a dream or if its really happened

A abuser is often abused by someone, it is a common cycle. Just because he abused another child, does not mean that someone could not (or did not abuse him)

So yes the child can accuse the victim father of abusing him. ( and it is believable that something like that happens ) so I see CPS investigating.

Next? They did not do anything since it was a month ago ? And why, that is still current.

But only the police (DA) will file charges if they believe it happened

He abuse my son a month ago and he just said yesterday that he he doesn't know if it a dream or if its really but that mi husband abuse him five years ago!

Yes, he can say that, most likely his idea of getting out of trouble, but again, the CPS may believe him and investigate
