I have all the sign but is it just me. I have problems sleeping. I have lost my appetit. I get headaches all the time. I do not enjoy the thing I use to, I find it hard to concentrate on thing and I have suicidal thoughts and have acted on these thoughts.

We have no way of knowing if you are clinically depressed or it's "just" you.

I would find someone to talk to a family doctor or therapist. If money is an issue there are therapists that do sliding scale. You may or may not be depressed only a professional will be able to diagnosis and help you.
