All right, I'm 18 and I've been dating this girl since I was 16 we recently broke up over some silly stuff and it turned out to be her breaking point. I love her to death but she seems to have moved on to her ex? But here is the kicker we have been talking about getting back together for about a week and then she called me out of the blue and confessed that she was trying to work things out with her ex. It literally broke my heart. I contemplated what my next step was but I was completely speechless. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the only guy in the world I despise. But she acts like she's missed him so much over the years? I know I don't want her back anymore she just hurt me to badly with what she told me. I just want to he over her, all the memories we made, we lost our virginity to each other for Christ sakes! If anyone can help me get my mind off her I would very much appreciate it! I am sick of being an emotional wreck. Thank you in advance!

Stay busy, do things with friends. Don't have anymore contact with her. If you have face book and she's on it defriend her.
They key is to move on and stay busy.

I have had the same problem... tbh the only thing that can fix it is time and having hope that you will find someone you can make newer and better memories with :)
