Heyy I'm 16 years old and I am probely around 2-4 weeks of being pregnant and my lower right side of my tummy hurts sometimes. Why is that... is it the baby? Also if anyone could tell me more about pregnancy that would be great!

Some cramping is normal. Your body is undergoing a lot of changes and your uterus is expanding. Having pain on just one side could be a sign of a tubal pregnancy. Have you been to a doctor yet? Not trying to scare you and not at all saying this is happening. During the beginning of my pregnancy I had a bit of a scare thinking I had a tubal pregnancy because one side would hurt more but I didn't. As soon as you can though you need to get to a doctor and tell him what you've been experiencing. Wish you the best!

I will agree that there is a possibility of a tubal pregnancy, but I also have to warn that your body is not done growing yet. If indeed you are pregnant, your body doesn't know what to do. It doesn't know if it should continue growing you or the baby.

If you are pregnant, you will have many more aches and pains than a woman of 24, for instance, as their body is done growing and can concentrate on growing the baby only.
