My dog was running into my neighbours wire gate and he got stuck and the wire cut his penis on the outside which is the skin, it is cut on the top going down, I can see the inside which is the penis that is pink... my dog was bleeding a lot but it stopped, I cleaned it up a little and he seems fine because he is playing but I'm worried, now what should I do?

A trip to the vet. They wll put ahesive on it. No one can put a stich on a penis. My dog is right now in the vet over night, when he cut his wee wee on bob wire, he was bleeding badly. He should be coming home today.
