My central a/c runs for about 5 hours then shuts down and will not come back on for about 12 hours. The a/c folks replaced the thermostat and replaced a small capacitor. Both times the a/c ran off and on for about 5 hours and then shut off. I can't get the fan to blow or get the a/c to come on. Help
