Hello there!

Yesterday, I watched movie (thriller/horror) on TV with guy having car accident into river with his girlfriend trapped into the car, but he comes alive and the girl is missing afterwards. He got persistent headaches and illusions. The actor looks like Ben Affleck. There is a scene in the movie where the policeman tells him that he thinks he murdered his girlfriend (because she heritage from her father or mafia or something) but he claims that he knows nothing. Also there is a scene where the other policeman offers him to drive him to home but instead he goes with the bus and he sees blackman out of his apartments window. It seems like it is psychological horror/thriller. There is also scene where he finds a note in his office "All problems are solved".
