I came across a $2 bill . I read in previous ansewers about the 1864 bills. Mine is dated April 6, 1863. The signitures appear to be different than the rest of the bill. It was signed by it looks like Renoir for Register and J. Semple for Treasurer and its number appears to be # 46675. The seven is quite a bit lower than the other numbers. It is in fair condition with about 1 and a half inch lower right corner missing. *** moderators note, email deleted to comply with site rules.
