So I got my wisdom teeth pulled 4 days ago. The stitches on the lower right side came out after 3 days and now whenever I close my jaw I get a sharp pain back there almost like a pinching feeling. Is this bad and is there something I should do or just wait it out?

My oral surgeon gave me a telephone number to call if I had any questions. I had pain beyond what I was supposed to have. It was called dry socket. It was in my lower wisdom teeth areas and it was caused by losing the blood clot in those areas. Call your dentist. They expect patients to have questions. Take care.
