My dog apso of 4 years was sick few weeks back and when I took him to vet he suggested antibiotic injections for 5 days. Then after 1 week she again got sick(vomiting dizziness etc)so I took it to another vet and he gave her 5 injections per day for 5 days. After that her diet improved vomiting stopped and she became active. But its not even been a week she might be in pain as she is trembling, crying and whenever I go near her she tries to bite me. But she is eating food. Pl advice. Her breathing rate also was high yesterday.

PLEASE pick a vet you like and respect, so that he or she can know your dog's history.
Yes, usually when a dog is panting and wants to bite you if you touch him, he is in pain.
No X-rays? No tests? You have given us no information at all other than 'sick' meaning vomiting and dizziness. We don't know his age, what shots he's had, diet, can he drink water, can he pee and poop, etc.

What exactly were the vets treating with all these injections?
It seems that she is in pain just as you said, those signs certainly point to it.
Is she spayed?
Were you able to do any testing, if so what was done?
Is it possible that she has injured herself and this not related to the previous illness?

1 was to stop vomiting... 2nd was vitamins to make her eat and 3rd was antibiotic as she was having fever...
She isn't spayed and she hasn't come in contact with male dogs either...
Since she doesn't take medicines she was injected.
And now too she doesn't lets anyone come near her... if we try she just tries to bite us...

And yes she drinks water takes food(only veggies and milk with rice). She dislikes meat and eggs and loves corn.
And no tests have been done
She has just turned 4

You have fed her people food all her life?
She needs to go back to the vet - twisted bowel, tumors, unknown injury.

A 4 year old intact female that is vomiting and not very interested in food sounds like pyometra. Pyometra doesn't appear because she is in contact with a male.. it comes from her cervix not being completely closed after a heat cycle or breeding.. The uterus is a steril place.. bacteria can make its way up there and cause a lot of problems.

Look at where she is laying down.. do you see any pink discharge? If so, you're in luck because that is an open pyometra, meaning that the fluid inside the uterus is leaking out. If there is no leakage.. don't cross this off, because pyos can also be closed... meaning, all the pus and fluids are stuck inside and she is becoming toxic.

She could also have abdominal pain. Has she eaten anything she shouldn't have? Are they any items missing?

I honestly feel as if you need to go to a different vet. Pushing pills to fix something is obviously not working. You need to find a vet that is willing to do diagnostic work to find out why your dog is so uncomfortable.

I totally agree with Lucky here, without an answer you will not be able to help her.
My thought was pyometra also, of course it could be something else.
Some testing needs to be done to find out what the problem is, if if it is a pyometra the only sure fix is surgery to remove the reproductive organs.
In the event of an obstruction surgery may again be required.
The bottom line is you and she need an answer so you can work on a proper treatment plan throwing meds at an unknown problem is not working.
I'm curious as to why there were no diagnostic tests done to detect the problem.
