At the end of the year, I want to audition for something so I thought of improving my image.
I'm 49 kg and 160cm tall. Should I lose more weight? I thought of trying to lose some weight till 44-45 kg as I think I'm getting fat if I maintain at 49 kg. Besides, how do I lose this amount of weight within three months without having to go to those slimming centres and all?
Also, I managed to shed 2.8 kg from my present weight within two weeks by not eating lunch and breakfast and cutting my dinner portion by half but it makes me unable to concentrate well in school. Should I continue with this method to lose weight?

There is no healthy way to lose weight, other than going to a gym or a fitness center combined with a healthy diet.

You have an even bigger problem by the fact that you are not what anyone should consider fat, not even close. It's even more of an issue that you've gone to length as to starve yourself.

Please talk to a guidance counselor, or your parents or someone about this, because this can turn into a serious mental illness.

Never skip breakfeast, it is the snacks, the junk food and what we eat, plus how much.
If you don't lose weight properly, you will gain it all back and normally more quicky. And I agree, you have more of a self image issue. Not a weight issue.
