How do I replace brakes on a Snapper SR1030 Model #301013BE?

Hi,
Did not find your model at Snapper and you gave little to go on as far as the type of rider. Should be a 10HP 30" cut machine. Rear engine? I will attach a RER picture.

PS Item #21 is the brake lever kit, part# 7600134
