I had a pool installed by company that I would never use again and after the pool was filled we noticed that some of the sand that they used to birm the the wall on the inside was not as it should because of shifting and adjusting. In one small area I can feel the lower track against the liner. How can I fix this without emptying the water. I would call the company but they don't return our calls and I wouldn't allow them on our property again... can anyone help

First thing you do is file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You can't do anything without draining the pool. Multiply the gallons X 8 and that will tell you how heavy the pool water is.
