Do you have a custody and visitation order/ agreement?
California law preserves the rights of custodial parents to change residences. The court cannot prevent a parent from moving or issue an order to punish a parent for relocating. However, the court can make modifications to the custody and visitation arrangements .
What do i need to do? Inform the court
No. You have to give him a notice for a planned move with the child. If he disagrees then he will have to petition the Co

No I don't have full custody and we did not signed any paper work for visitations so is 50/50. But he doesn't bother to come and take him for at least 5min. So can I still go to court to FIGHT for FULL CUSTODY? What do I need to do??

No! Give him a notice and propose a new visitation agreement.
Something unclear for me... you said you did not signed any papers and you did not have court order... then you have actual sole physical custody and joint legal custody.

If you are receiving CS through the court or through an agency, you need to notify the court or agency where to send the checks.

Give him notice that you plan to move. See what he does. If he doesn't respond or go to court to file an objection then go ahead with your move.
