My sons and I are all US citizens although one was born abroad. Now I have a grandson who is born abroad and it seems I can't get him a US passport, when I go back to the States...
I went on the USCIS.gov site but it is so confusing and says he needs to be naturalized but when I read the conditions it doesn't seem to meet. Why am I being denying citizenship for my grandson??

Can someone help me and send me to the right form to fill out?

Because unless you committed incest... your grandson isn't your child. And isn't entitled to it automatically meaning its not a birthright beyond immediate children. Only US Citizens can get a US passport.

First you can't apply, his parents will apply for him.

Next was all the supporting documents of birth certificates provided, Did you go talk to the embassy ( you said you were out of the US)
