I worked all year for a company where I was an Independent Contractor, To date I have not received a 1099. The company is nolonger in business. Can I use the Employers SS #?

If you know how much you made, you really do not need the Form 1099; it is NOT attached to the tax return.

Report what you made on Schedule C and drive on!
