Hi,
I am an F1 student working on CPT for a duration of 10 weeks this summer. I am being paid at $36/hour for 40 hour weeks. Currently my Federal withholding is 25% and State (NC) withholding is 6%.
Could you please advise if I can expect a refund of any of these taxes at the end of the year? If yes then how much and what is the procedure to request it?
Any information will be very helpful.

Almost for sure you will be receiving a Refund if you file Forms 1040NR 1040NR-EZ and 8843 for the federal return.

You nred to file Form D-400 to claim your NC state refund.

The NC Refund requires access to my tax software, something I do not have.
