I flush the toilet then turned the cold tap on I noties that the toilet was filling up by small tickels of water and that the pressure of the water from the taps had droped. I left it for a bit but the toilet still hadn't filled up it was still tickerling with water and the tap water pressure was still low. What can I do to put this right?

Hi Hailey... check the faucet aerator (remove and clean... see image) and if needed, clean the toilet fill valve washer... probably some debris stuck under the washer.
