I talked to my doctor. She said for me to wait and things will be back to normal. Honestly I feel so frustrated :-(

Yes, by all means find another Doctor. It could be anything from hormones to nerve damage.

You are reading it correctly. The birth control I am on is Mirena. I don't really masturbate that much anymore because of my low sex drive. When I did try masturbating a while back I was not able to climax. Sex and masturbation just is not the same anymore. I hate that I can not satisfy my husband. I would find another Doctor and ask about both your low sex drive and the effect the Mirena might be having.
