As a second cardholder on my partners credit card, if we were to split up, would I be liable for the debt? Almost nothing on it was for me, and I am worried I will be liable for half the money.

Yes, if you co-signed the application form. But if instead your partner had the card company issue a second card with your name on it using an existing account, where you signed nothing yourself, then no (similar to when a parent gets an additional card for a teenager to have "just in case" - the parent is responsible for what the teen buys).
Almost nothing on it was for me, and I am worried I will be liable for half the money. If you co-signed for the card then both you and your partner are both are liable for all the debt, not just half.
