Ok its my third 3rd day seeing my menstrual cycle... N my husband and I are trying to conceive, when calculating my days should I count from the first day of my period to 12 -14{dayz} down? And will that determine my ovulation date?

I agree with buggage. Always use the first day of your cycle. If you do not have a 28 day cycle your ovualation is a bit different. You actually ovulate 12-14 days before your next period, therefor if you are a 25 day cycle, or a 35 day cycle your ovulation won't necessarily be 12-14 days after the first day of your cycle. How long is your average monthly cycle? If you aren't sure when you may be ovulating definitely chart your bbt and/or get a predictor kit. Good luck!
