When we filed we reaffirmed our home... apparently at the judge over-road that. Where can I verify if that is true? If it is true, isn't it illegal for my mortgage to be reporting late on my credit? Thank you

The only way to verify this info is either by checking your Bankruptcy file OR asking your Attorney OR talking to the bank.

Weren't you advised of everything that was happening in your case? Wasn't there at least one meeting?

Are your mortgage payments late?

You can download anything that was filed in your case at PACER (http://www.pacer.gov/). You will have to register, but if you don't go over a certain number of pages in a quarter you will not be charged.

Thank you for responding. We have been discharged now for 2 years. We reaffirmed, but the final judge did not accept the reaffirmation (I was told this by a woman at the bank where our mortgage is). We have been late on our mortgage, but are still paying. I have had no luck with anyone from the bank confirming what I was told. We have been working so hard to repair our credit.

That is actually a good thing. You can continue to make the mortgage payments and, by doing so, rebuild your credit. If, however, you cannot make the payments, and if the bank forecloses, they probably cannot sue you for a deficiency.
