I'm inexperienced in the dating game and I recently just met this guy 4 weeks ago, and we've been texting ever since. Sometimes everyday and sometimes every other day. When we do text our conversations sometimes last from 2-3 hours to all day until 2am. I only hung out with him once, which was 2 weeks ago, and I made a mistake by making out with him. (I'm 21 and he's 29 btw) I told him I was a virgin and that's when he stopped and said to me. "I don't want to be the first." then he said, "I don't want to hurt you because I can't promise you anything, and I won't have sex with you unless I have your consent." I never gave him my consent yet we still made out and I thought he would never talk to me after that. We talked 2days later and he seemed happy to hear from me. We stayed up till 2am talking that night. But because he says he doesn't like clingy'ness I try not to text him everyday. But for the past couple of days he's been texting me first. He's been putting a lot more ":)" in his texts and has been acting differently. I keep getting mixed signals from him, but I can't seem to understand how he feels because there are days he acts interested in me then there are days when he doesn't seem interested but you never know over texting. He told me that we should hang out again but when I asked him the next day if he'd like to hang out next weekend he said that he might be busy. Idk what I should do, because he's 29 and a lot older and more experienced I don't know if I should wait to tell him how I feel or tell him now or ask him how he feels or what he wants from me?

He has already told you how he feels it is just not what you want to hear. He does not want a relationship with you, he does not want to be "the first" with you but he probably will if you bug him enough. He won't be to you what you want.
