5 years ago I married a Filipina with 3 minor children. I now want to adopt them. We will remain in the Philippines until the children finish high school. Their ages are 9, 13 and 16. Currently we all are living in Mindanao. I have searched the internet but haven't found much information that I can rely on for my particular situation. Any help or suggestions?
