We would have no way of knowing - what did the Vet say when he checked her? Did he indicate how many puppies he could feel?
Is she straining?

The vet would have done an ultrasound when you brought her in for a checkup. At that time the vet should have told you how many pups she's having (it's not always exact, but it does give you a good idea about what to expect).
What did the vet say?
It could be that a puppy is stuck and she needs help delivering. Many dogs need a c-section. It's costly, but it's part of being a breeder. If she's straining, and not producing anything, then it's time to get her the help she needs. Only a vet can give you that help. You cannot leave this until tomorrow. This is an emergency, and needs to be dealt with immediately. If a c-section is needed, if a puppy is stuck, mom and the pups will die. Vet, right away. Don't even come back to respond to this post. Get to the vet now, and then write back later and let us know if everything is okay.
If a c-section is needed, I would suggest a spay operation at that time. Saves your dog from having to be put under twice, and saves you dealing with another litter you're very obviously not prepared for.
Good luck.
