Well I installed manga studio twice, one on my laptop and the second on my friend's laptop, and so I want to buy a new laptop for myself and install manga studio again (I still have the serial number) so is it possible?

If you uninstall it from your friend's laptop and uninstall it from the other laptop, you can then install it on the new laptop.
