I live in an apartment. I have no grassed or soil area, just concrete. The area is approximately 6 square meters. I want to partition off my area of concrete land to stop people using it as a walk way. How can I do this? Any suggestions

Looking through catalogs or home and garden ads I've seen many tri-fold metal{usually heavy enamel painted aluminum} screens some with abstract cut out designs or places to put small plants, generally they are usually 6ft by 3ft panel and are on hinges so you are able to move them to fit the area you need .If you or some one you know has any wood working or craft skills you could probably make something similar out of 1/4" inch plywood with hinges and maybe casters on the bottom to make it easy to move. It could be painted or stained and cutouts put in to allow light or small shelves for plants or just cut outs with a plant hanger for hanging baskets. Most home improvement stores also sell large sheets of plexiglass frosted ,colored or clear that a frame could be made for out of 1" by 2" wood ,again, in folding screen style might be kind of neat to use the colored plexi, sort of a stained glass effect.Besides it can always be folded and secured away for bad weather if needed.
