He called his grandma and the cops. Cop came told me to get my things and made me leave. At that time I was the only one working and I paid for everything. Didn't know I had 30 days didn't know any of my rights. Could I sue him and his grandparents? Plus the following Monday he tried hanging himself called me told me his plans I walked in and cut him down called the cops and he went to the mental ward for a few days.

If they didn't tell them something materially false, no you couldn't sue them. You might, however, sue the officers, if you can prove that you suffered financial damages from being ejected.
