Hey my age is 20 I went to dermotologist and she described me acutane but when I did the blood test my sgot and sgpt and gamma gt were high .after 2 weeks I did the test again the sgot and sgpt has decreased sgot 46 normal 11-40 and sgpt 80 normal 11-69. But the gamma gt remains high 136 normal 11-50 so what to do I don't drink alcholos but every morning I drink nescafe which has caffeine does it affect the liver? Please I need to take the acutane to cure my acne
