I have a harbor breeze fan with a remote control that does not have a reverse button nor a switch on the fan housing. It has never worked correctly. How do I get it to circulate air downward. Number on the fan is PC q mll. If that is helpful. The only other numbers at on the light fixture. Please help this fan is useless.
