All right, so I like this guy. The only time he texts me is if he wants to come over swimming. He's been coming over swimming quite a bit but it's always with a group of people. A few times I have caught him looking at me so I don't know if that means anything. So I was just wondering if there is a way to get him to text me more, other than just to come over?

No. It appears that is all he wants from you. Do you talk to him while he is there, does he talk to you?
Stop being available with the pool and see if he communicates with you then. You surely don't want to be used all summer.
